Section 1: Conditions for Warranty and Compensation Eligibility
The customer is not entitled to request compensation for the service, activate the warranty, receive a refund, or modify the service in the following cases:
- Account Data Changes: If the account username is changed or the account is set to "Private" during the order execution, after its completion, or within the warranty period.
- Content Deletion or Hiding: If the post is deleted or set to "Private" or "Unlisted" at any stage during or after the service execution. Or if the customer manually deletes followers or engagement from their account before, during, or after the order execution.
- Use of Other Services: If similar services are ordered from another provider at the same time, causing an overlap in results that affects the accuracy of tracking the service and its source, "ad3mni" store reserves the right to assess the situation and make the final decision regarding warranty or compensation eligibility.
- Loss of Old Followers: If the loss is from followers or engagement that existed on the account prior to our service, "ad3mni" store reserves the right to assess the situation, determine the source of the loss, and make its final decision.
- Non-Regular Customers: To benefit from long-term compensation services (such as a lifetime or 365-day warranty), the customer must have purchased at least one service within the last 3 months, with a total value of no less than 150 Saudi Riyals.
Section 2: Warranty Period
- Compensation is provided only during the warranty period specified for each product at the date of purchase.
- The warranty period for products varies, ranging from several days to a lifetime for some services.
- If no warranty period is mentioned for a specific product, it means the product is provided without a compensation warranty.
Section 3: Compensation Execution Mechanism
- How to Request Compensation: To file a warranty claim, the customer must follow these steps:
- Contact us exclusively via WhatsApp.
- Provide the necessary information to verify the order. Additional details may be requested, such as:

🟤The link to the account or posts where the loss occurred.
🟤Screenshots of the account's analytics showing the decrease.
🟤Any other information the support team deems necessary to evaluate the case.
- Execution Timeframe: Compensation is processed within a period of 1 to 10 days, starting from the date the compensation request is submitted and all required information is provided.
- The processing speed may be affected by high demand for services or if the customer's account is continuously losing followers during the compensation process.
Section 4: Site Warranty Limitations and Disclaimer
- Responsibility of Use: The use of the site's services is entirely at the customer's own personal risk. The site does not guarantee and assumes no responsibility for any violations of the terms and conditions of social media platforms (such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- No express or implied warranties: The materials and services provided through the Website are offered on an “as is” basis, without any kind of warranty, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity with specific expectations or results.
- Accuracy of results: The Website does not make any warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuity of the results generated by the services. Actual outcomes may differ from the client’s request or expectations due to technical or operational reasons, or due to the nature of social media platforms and third party service providers. By way of example only and without limitation, the nationality or geographic location of followers may differ from the segment specified by the client, including the possibility that a portion of followers may be non Arab even where Arab followers are requested. This shall not be deemed a breach of the Website’s obligations so long as the service has been provided within reasonable and technically feasible limits.
Section 5: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Warranty Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- In the event of any dispute, it shall be finally resolved through the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
