Terms of Service

Introduction to the User Agreement:

Our online store welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal consequences resulting from your use of the store's services. The use of the store by any person, whether a consumer of the store's service or product or otherwise, constitutes their approval and acceptance, in their full legal capacity, of all articles and provisions of this agreement. This is a confirmation of your commitment to its regulations and what is stated therein. This agreement is effective and enforceable once you approve it and begin registering with the store.


Article 1 - Introduction and Definitions:

The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement. Below are the meanings and definitions of the main terms:

  1. (The Store) This definition includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether it is an electronic application or a website.
  2. (The Consumer) The person who engages in e-commerce to obtain products or services provided by the store.
  3. (The Agreement) This term refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern the relationship between the parties to this agreement.


Article 2 - Consumer's Legal Capacity:

  1. The consumer declares that they have the legal capacity required by law and regulations to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen years old.
  2. The consumer agrees that if they violate this article, they will bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.


Article 3 - Nature of the Store's Obligation:

  1. The store's obligation to consumers is to provide the service or product as described on the product page.
  2. The store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services (such as warranty), depending on the nature and type of the service or product requested by the consumer.


Article 4 - Usage Controls and Order Execution Mechanism:

  1. The consumer is obligated to use the store's electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer undertakes not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and applicable regulations.
  3. Execution Mechanism: To ensure the quality and accuracy of order execution, it is strictly forbidden to make any changes to the account or the targeted content (such as blocking followers, changing the username, or deleting the post) as long as the order is "In Progress".
  4. Loss of Warranty: Once the order is completed and its status changes to "Completed," the consumer has the full right to manage their account. However, any modification made to the account or content may result in the loss of the compensation and warranty feature associated with the service.
  5. Circumvention: In the event of detecting any unusual and deliberate activity aimed at circumventing the execution process, the store reserves the right to consider the order "Completed" immediately and cancel any associated warranties.
  6. Unsupported Content: The store does not support accounts that publish political or sexual content, content offensive to religion, morals, or social values, or support for competitions. The store has the right to refuse or cancel any such order at any time.


Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and agree to immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use.
  2. The store will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by you as a result of the disclosure of your account information.
  3. You are obligated to use your account yourself and are fully responsible for it.
  4. You are obligated to disclose true, correct, current, and complete information about yourself.
  5. In case of non-compliance with any of the above, the store management has the right to suspend or cancel your membership.


Article 6 - Refunds and Service Cancellation:

No refunds or returns are possible after payment, whether before, during, or after the execution of the service.


Article 7 - Electronic Communications:

  1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall be conducted through the official channels registered on the platform.
  2. The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, and data provided electronically substitute their written counterparts.


Article 8 - Intellectual Property:

  1. The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by it.
  2. The consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, which include the trade name, logos, and other symbols.


Article 9 - Store's Liability:

  1. The store is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a legal manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence by the consumer or a third party.


Article 10 - Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store may suspend or cancel a consumer's membership or restrict their access to the platform's services at any time, without notice, and for any reason.


Article 11 - Applicable Law:

This user agreement is governed and drafted according to the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to the jurisdiction of the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 12- Non-Abuse Law:

The client acknowledges and agrees that they are obligated to treat all our employees, partners, and representatives with respect and courtesy in all means of communication and correspondence. The client is specifically prohibited from engaging in any of the following behaviors: verbal or physical insults, threats, blasphemy, blackmail, cursing or swearing, belittling or diminishing human dignity, or any language indicative of discrimination, racism, or sexual harassment. In the event of any violation of this clause, the company has the right to suspend or stop providing services to the client, partially or completely, immediately and without prior notice. The company also reserves the right to terminate the contract permanently without any compensation to the client. The decision of suspension, stoppage, or termination shall be binding on the client upon notification by the company through any of its registered communication channels. The company may also take necessary legal actions to claim compensation for all direct and indirect damages arising from such behavior.


Article 13 - General Provisions:

  1. If any article of this agreement is canceled, it does not nullify the validity of the other articles and provisions.
  2. The Arabic language is the applicable language when interpreting the provisions of this agreement.
  3. All prices and promotional offers may be modified from time to time.
  4. This user agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the store's management.
